It is a popular dish in Philippines. It is easy and quick to cook. In this video I will show you how to cook Adobong Pusit or Squid Adobo. I also demonstrate the proper way of cleaning of Pusit or Squid, so you have an idea especially if you are new in cooking. I used native or small squids as it’s more tasty compare to the big ones in my opinion, I prefer to grill the big squids filled with onions and tomatoes.
Adobong Pusit ingredients: 1kg of Squid 4 cloves of Garlic 2 Onions 2 Tomatoes 1/4 tsp Ground pepper 1/8 cup of Vinegar 3 tbsp of Soy Sauce 3 Red chili 3 Green chili 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Tips: Do not stir after you put the vinegar, wait until it cooks.
Adobong Pusit is perfect match with newly cooked white rice.
