In this guide I go over a lot of good options for potions to make at different Herblore levels, and also how to understand whether a potion is or is not worth making at your given time since supply costs are always fluctuating. Hope this guide helps you all out, and feel free to leave any comments/questions/suggestions in the comments section below.

How do I bank so quickly? I use MouseKeys, and I have a setup guide for it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHgRXZJPQWo
How many potions per hour can you make? Normal potions are a 2t action so if banking speed was negligible it would be 3000 (6000 ticks in an hour since ticks are .6 seconds). However, even with ahk/mousekeys for banking the most you'll be able to make is about 2500 since banking does obviously take time. Jamalsbatman shows that 2500/hr is very possible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yCQhA5lGug (450k exp/hr making 2500 brews in an hour)
Here's a video of lelador doing 1.5t stamina potions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GiLzilluXk With Staminas and Extended antifires you make the first 2 potions in 2 ticks total, so 1t per potion, and then after that it will go to normal 2t. If you keep re-opening the menu then you will make potions every 1t, but there will be a 1t delay between every 2 potions. So you make 2 potions every 3 ticks, resulting in a total of 1.5t per potion. You have to practice the timing a bit, but being able to navigate the chatbox options using number keys makes this pretty easy to do. You can make about 3500 potions per hour this way.
Here's a video of Carts Osrs making antivenom+ in 1t or less: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43Qj2uItl48 Antivenom and Antivenom+ have no delay whatsoever and no chatbox interface, so you can spam them as much as you want. You can actually make multiple potions per tick, but you will average one potion every tick or so reasonably speaking. It's as simple as spam clicking as fast as you can. You probably will misclick drink on the potions a LOT, and it's hard to maintain high xp over longer periods of time doing this.
